Regional Human Resources Manager - ME & Gulf
To advise Business Managers & Directors on all matters relating to people.
KEY DIMENSIONS (size budgets etc.)
Responsible for the Recruitment, Selection and Reward for XX employees situated at YY locations. Advising Business Managers and Vice Presidents on all aspects of Employment Law.
DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY (e.g. extent, degree of supervision, time horizons)
Will be expected to advise and support the VP and his team in all legal matters relating to Employment Law and Equal Opportunities, and reward strategies.
Develop business strategies as a member of the Regional Leadership Team to continually improve all aspects of performance.
Initiate and implement HR strategies in line with changing business strategies, socio economic influences and legislation.
Identify and implement training & development in line with the above strategies.
Produce and maintain succession plan and talent management for all levels in Fosroc and JMH Lifestyle.
Advise/provide training for managers at all levels on Recruitment, Performance Management and Employment
Law to ensure fair and consistent treatment whilst fulfilling the business requirement.
Coordinate and support annual salary review, Hi Potential and Succession Planning processes for the Region
Develop and implement of harmonised Terms and Conditions for all employees in area of responsibility.
Administrate and advise on the Company Recruitment and Remuneration Policy and the review and benchmarking of benefits to meet the changing needs of the business.
Provide full HR Administration service to serve the Company’s needs.
Develop and implement the Company HRIS to gain maximum business benefits across Fosroc and JMH Lifestyle.

Working knowledge of Company Policies and Procedures
Communication Skills (Verbal, Written & Face to Face) in English .
Working knowledge of Employment Law and Legislation
Report writing skills
Working knowledge of Production & Operational needs
Communication Skills (Verbal, Written & Face to Face) in Arabic.
